_________________________________________________________

Dwight Schrute- Rainn Wilson, playing one of the highest salesman in the company is a good example of a direct style of communication. He has a healthy dose of assertiveness and talks in a very direct way showing most times his completely lack of social skills. Schrute can be honest and back his words with numbers, but he is a naive individual who often gets pranked by fellow salesman Jim Halpert.

Michael Scott- Steve Carrell plays the american version of Dave Brent from the original British version of the program. He is very assertive and expressive as well as great at convincing. He is a true master of sales, but his laid back personality often leads him to lower workplace performance. He is hysterical and will spend most of his time fooling around the office. His communication style could be defined as assertive and spirited.

Angela Martin- Angela Kinsey plays the head of the accounting department of the show and is a cold, condescending, judgmental and uptight communicator. She is precise, and factual and prefers talking about work than other things. Her communication style would have to be aggressive.

Pam Beesley- Jenna Fisher plays and ascending receptionist that becomes a saleswoman  and that is not too assertive but has great listening and shows caring and support to others. She loves working as a team and her communication style has a close relation to consideration.

Jim Halpert- John Krasinkski interprets a Sales Representative at the Scranton branch of paper distribution company Dunder Miflin. He often tricks Dwight by teaming up with Pam Beesly, who shares a relationship with for the most part of the show and can be described as a charismatic, energetic and loved great salesman
